What does a typical O1F Bootcamp look like?

Group fitness or high interval training is a great way to workout and also be with others at the same time. Here at Option 1 Fitness Leominster, our training staff run's boot camps 3 days a week:
Monday at 4 pm, Friday at 11 am, and Saturday at 9 am.
Today I'm going to give you a little snap shot of what a typical boot camp workout looks like.
***Stay at each station for 3 sets
***Rest Interval is 20 seconds each set
***Try to use the same weight on each set
1. Split Squat
2. Split Squat (Other Leg)
3. Kettlebell Incline Row
4. Push Up
5. Dumbbell Lateral Raise
6. Dumbbell Bicep Curl
7. Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension
END OF CLASS CIRCUIT
3 times
1. Battling Ropes
2. Russian Twist
